There are different explanations as to why you don't see any results:
- Admin Users and Testing/Staging areas. Some of our customers test our plugin in development or staging areas before installing it in their live sites. Usually, development areas get little to no traffic at all and, moreover, all the traffic they get comes from the users testing our plugin. If this is your case, keep in mind Nelio A/B Testing does not track nor collect any information from admin users. In order to check whether the plugin collects data properly, either log out from your account and check your tested elements as a non-logged user or open a new window in Private Browsing mode. You should be able to see the first results half an hour later.
- Synchronization issue. Our plugin collects and processes the behavior of your visitors. The results you('re supposed to) see in your Dashboard are a digested version of the raw data our plugin collected. When you access the results page in the plugin, the plugin will ask our cloud if there are new results computed and, if they are, it'll tell you so. Therefore, when accessing the results page, make sure that you wait until this check ("are there new results available?") is done.
To know whether the plugin is looking for new results or not, you simply need to take a look at the Progress of the Experiment page title and look for a spinner: if there's one, the plugin's checking result availability.
